Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom and a nice property. The restaurant offered an awesome breakfast, making it a highly recommended choice. However, I found the rooms a bit too dark inside the little round houses, and having a balcony was a plus.

Service

The staff was helpful and courteous during my stay. However, there were some instances where they seemed clueless, and they could have managed disruptive children better in the restaurant area.

The location of the hotel was excellent, meeting a resident peacock and being close to the Kruger Park. Although I enjoyed the presence of Egyptian geese and peacocks, I was disappointed that there were no hippos during my stay.

The dining experience was good overall, with awesome meals offered. However, it was often crowded due to the layout, and I noticed a few empty salad bowls at times. It was a nice surprise that the dining area opened at the hotel on my last morning.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were generally clean, spacious, and comfortable, although some had minor issues like peeling thatch roofs and insects. The service was top-notch with attentive and friendly staff, especially Amu and Siphilue. The location was convenient for accessing Kruger National Park, but the dining experience was hit or miss. Despite some flaws, the value for money was fair.
